These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pathshala Pro (the “Service”), operated by Kuldeep Singh (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and to manage your own coaching center. You will not misuse the Service, attempt to access other centers' data, or upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content.

3. Your data & responsibilities

You retain ownership of the data you enter (students, batches, attendance, fees). You are responsible for the accuracy of this data and for obtaining any consent required from students or guardians before adding their information. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change or discontinue features over time.

5. Fees

The Service is currently offered free of charge. If we introduce paid plans in future, we will notify you in advance and you may choose whether to continue with a paid plan.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or code except the right to use the Service as intended.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
